We are having a paint color dilemma with a property we're staging. Client has no budget to paint. Do you think they could get away with leaving this dining room color? It's an attractive dining room, though, there's no doubt this color may not appeal to the masses. On the otherhand, the neighborhood and comps are mostly bland and "vanilla" tract homes.
